My New Bible

This book is frighteningly relatable. And hilarious.

Addiction

I'm newly addicted to "Words With Friends." If you have the App DL'ed on your iPod/iPhone, leave me your user name!

The "Words With Friends" app is the new Twitter. - John Mayer

Christmas Gifts

I really want to buy cute Christmas gifts this year. So I was browsing around the net instead of studying for my social psyc exam during my free time, and came across some adorable gifts I'd like to share with you.

PowerCup; $29.99 (This may not be a good idea. I'd totally straighten my hair in the car..)

Arroyo Sustainable Candle Blocks; $26-$38

Sounds like November

New Playlist, just because it's November - my FAVORITE month of the year! I'd make an audible playlist, but I'm really lazy right now. Maybe later? ;)

Love Love Love

6 new Taylor songs! Who's excited?

Draped Tops

This top is my newest obsession from Old Navy. I plan on buying it in every color/print. Good thing they are only $10 each!

Presents, please?

It's 87 days until my birthday,
and this is ALL I want.
(well, along with an iPod touch!)

FML 2.0

textsfromlastnight.com - Our generation's confessional. There's no doubt you'll feel a whole lot better about your embarrassing and/or awkward moments after reading this site. You might laugh a little too.

(801): You dropped me off at the wrong girl's house.
(1-801): There's no such thing as a "wrong girl" make it happen.
(801): Alright see you in the morning.

(412): I'm worried someone is gonna take a black light to my work computer. But the connection is faster here.

(251): Is there a "Plan B" app for my iPhone?

(734): I miss you. Just wanted to say that before the drugs kicked in so it's legit.

(925): Just went onto Yahoo and the featured article had a picture of one of the Jonas brothers. Last two times the featured article was a celebrity's face the headline was "Michael Jackson is Dead" and "Pitchman Billy Mays is Dead," so naturally I got a little excited. Turns out he's just engaged. Who gives a fuck.

The Perfect Space

My future NYC apartment will resemble this to a T.
You can count on it.

Sweetest Berry

David Ryan Harris.
He's just as great in concert. <3

iLove

Things I currently love:

1. iCal Subscriptions! Eeek! So I'm not much of App downloader but today I stumbled across subscriptions to iCal and was intrigued. Yes, I'm a total organizational nerd when it comes to my planners. In fact, I'm the dweeb in your Art of Memory class with the flagged textbooks and triangular highlighter. Oh, and I also carry a stapler with me. Don't judge. Anyways, I found out that you can subscribe to just about anything with your iCal which makes life a whole lot easier - and fun! For instance, I subscribed to US holidays (saves time on importing them all individually), Movie releases (gives a list of all the movies being released each week), and the Islamic Calendar (imports all Islamic holidays - Ramadan starts Aug. 22, just fyi). And to think, all this info was imported into my trusty iCal within milliseconds. Cool, huh?

2. icanread.com! This site is the most serene space found in the far off distant corner of the world wide web. Here, pictures say a thousand words. Sometimes that is all that's needed. I should really take more pictures.

3. Smokin New Music! I'm pretty sure this site is all types of illegal. But until it's shut down, I will be a frequent visitor. Free music? I'm game.

4. iTube! I love this widget! I downloaded it to my dashboard this morning so now every time I play a song on iTunes, I can watch its accompanying music video! No music video for that song? No big, it just plays a live version of the performance. Amazing.

5. My Mac in general! I think it's time for me to confess how much I appreciate Puter, here. I haven't had a PC in a while so I'm not sure of it's updated versions, but chances are it will be nothing like a Mac. Besides his sexy appearance and internet spell check, I am a sucker for his clutter-free desktop and minute-by-minute autosave. I love that he doesn't get viruses. And by chance he does get sick, I am grateful that he has insurance so check-ups are free. It's been almost 2 years and Puter has yet to fail me and for that, I thank him.

That's all for now. It's sunday night and the Kardashians are calling me.

Obsession

Anuhea's debut CD: It's pretty much perfect.
